We are seeking a dynamic Tele-Sales Representative to contribute to our business growth through fostering strong customer relationships, delivering exceptional account management to current clients, and proactively expanding our customer base. 

TYPE:  PERM PART TIME (4 days p/week)

This role is perfect for an experienced sales rep with proven sales and prospecting experience who is looking for a new role with an excellent product range working within a busy close-knit team.

Your confidence and prior sales experience means you’ll be able to put your foot down on your success through strategically planning your approach, operating in a result driven, methodical and independent way all while being fully supported by our strong customer service and sales team.

About this role

You’ll leverage phone and virtual interactions to gain insights to drive the growth in your territory (SA, NSW Central and WA).  Your goal will be to enhance performance while upholding our brand values in every customer interaction.

Specifically you’ll:

  • Learn our products – Quickly get up to speed with our range and unique offerings
  • Manage existing accounts & build relationships – Take over the existing client base, quickly build relationships and become the go-to person for these accounts
  • Prospect – Create a territory prospecting plan to target and build new relationships across your regions
  • Territory & Interstate Travel – Working closely with the CEO/Owner you’ll plan territory visits including prospecting, planning and confirming customer visits and using your relationship building skills to make these trips a success
  • Travel – Potentially attend and support the owner on interstate trips (up to 5 times per year)
  • Events – Attend tradeshows, viewing and other industry events to build connections and enhance our brand
  • Systems & Tools – You’ll be utilising ScanXpress to manage call planning and document outcomes
  • Work Closely with the Team – Act as a strong member of our wider team, communicating frequently with our customer service and marketing teams,

About YOU

You’re an experienced sales rep with at least 2+ years working in a telephone based sales role – ideally in B2B or wholesale

You are an excellent communicator with strong English language skills (verbal and written).

You enjoy both nurturing existing relationships and cold calling and building new ones from scratch.

You love talking to people and have lots of energy and enthusiasm.

You are the consummate professional with excellent presentation and grooming.

You’re highly organised with a methodical approach and high attention to detail.

You love to meet targets, you hold yourself accountable, track and report your progress.

You are comfortable with technology and have good computer skills and particularly Microsoft Office, Excel spreadsheeting, CRMs, and are happy to learn new software.
