Westland Nurseries, a well-known name in the Australian nursery industry, is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Retail Nursery Manager to oversee our dynamic retail operation at Seven Mile Beach. If you’re a skilled professional with a love for plants, trees, and customer service, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the daily operations of the retail nursery, ensuring smooth and efficient processes.
  • Lead and motivate a high-performing team to achieve business goals.
  • Drive sales and enhance customer satisfaction through exceptional service.
  • Maintain high standards of plant care, health, and presentation.
  • Collaborate with our sales and operations managers to source and procure quality plants.

To Be Successful, You Will Need:

  • Strong knowledge of horticulture and plant care, with an understanding of Tasmanian plants being a bonus.
  • Proven experience in retail nursery management.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
  • A genuine passion for customer service and plant care.
  • A positive, enthusiastic attitude and a proactive approach.
