Production nurseries

Our client, Oasis Horticulture, one of Australia’s leading wholesale plant production nurseries, is currently looking for multiple Casual Nursery Hands to join their team. These ongoing roles offer great opportunities for career progression for dedicated and capable individuals.

Responsibilities:

  • Liaising with Nursery Management.
  • Perform transplanting, staking & potting.
  • Handle plant movements & picking stock.
  • Driving electric buggies around site.

Behavioral Competencies Required:

  • Collaborative team player with excellent communication skills.
  • Demonstrates honesty, integrity, passion.
  • Positively influences the team and builds strong relationships.
  • Exhibits persistence and resilience in challenging situations.

Requirements:

  • Physically fit & willing to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
  • Available to work Monday-Friday each week.
  • Reliable, punctual and possesses own reliable transport.
  • Horticultural knowledge would be advantageous but not essential.
