We are seeking a Key Account Manager – Internal Sales to join the team.

Salary $70,000  – $80,000

What you’ll do

  • An internal sales role with responsibility for the growth of a group of key accounts.
  • Manage relationships across our customer’s business including owners, project managers and estimating staff.
  • Manage the sales process from quoting through to timely product supply.
  • Become a key partner and adviser to our customers on all aspects of plants and plant supply. Become an industry “go to person”.
  • Be an integral part of a focused and committed sales team challenging the industry status quo.

What you’ll need

  • An energetic, positive, customer focused attitude.
  • Experience managing customers interactions and an ability to create positive relationships that facilitate growth.
  • Ability to handle high volume commercial orders and clients.
  • A capacity to solve problems in an effective way, balancing competing priorities.
  • Good attention to detail and proficient computer skills.
  • A mature mindset and a strong work ethic.
  • Experience in the horticulture industry and exposure to construction projects, whilst not mandatory, would be a good kick off point.
