JD Propagation is a family owned, very progressive wholesale production nursery looking for an enthusiastic, passionate team leader that can efficiently lead a team.

The successful applicant MUST have the following attributes:
• excellent computer skills including excel
• a firm understanding of inventory control and stock control
• a positive outlook and patient demeanor
• good communication skills
• the ability to work under pressure staying focused to meet deadlines
• take pride in your work but also look for ways to improve
• demonstrate a good work ethic, honesty and maturity

You would be responsible for managing the inventory of a large propagation nursery carrying out the following;
• Weekly stock check walk and availability
• Weekly surplus list
• Manage CRM
• Purchasing raw materials to match production demands
• exporting and preparing the weekly production schedule
• Be a key person in the roll out of our new inventory package which is nearly ready to roll out
• manage and adjust inventory shrinkage throughout crop cycles
• incoming stock checks for Tissue culture and Un Rooted cuttings
• Space plan for Motherplants and Plugs

The key stakeholders you will interact with will be;
• Customer Service
• Growing Team Leader
• Finance/Accounts
• Scheduling

This is a heavily involved role but will be incredibly rewarding for the right person.
