Production nurseries

Oasis Horticulture, one of Australia’s leading wholesale plant production nurseries, is currently looking for casual Dispatch Workers to join their team. These ongoing roles offer great opportunities for career progression for dedicated and capable individuals.


  • Liaising with Nursery Management.
  • Picking plants from the nursery following an order sheet and delivering them into the dispatch department for packing (you will be trained in both picking and packing roles).
  • Work autonomously at an efficient rate to pick/pack orders to ensure trucks leave on time.
  • Driving electric buggies around site (trained on site, no license required).

  • Physically fit & willing to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
  • Flexibility with start and finish times. Rotating roster with start time between 6:30am-9am and finish time between 4pm-7pm. Ability to also work every 2nd Sunday, 8am-2pm during the months of Sept & Oct only.
  • Reliable, punctual and possesses own reliable transport.
  • Previous dispatch experience preferred but not essential.
