As an Assistant Grower, you will play a crucial role to cultivate healthy, vibrant plants. You will be responsible for overseeing the growth of a wide variety of plant species.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement plant care strategies, including watering, fertilising, and pest control
- Monitor and maintain optimal growing conditions, including temperature, humidity, and light levels
- Troubleshoot and address plant health issues promptly
- Stay updated on the latest horticultural techniques and trends
- Ensure the highest standards of plant quality and presentation
- Growing excellent quality plants
Qualifications:
- Some experience as a grower but with a willingness to learn
- Knowledge of plant biology and growth requirements
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Attention to detail and a passion for precision
- Effective communication and collaboration skills
- Spray certificate would be preferable
