Production nurseries

We have an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated, result-driven individual with sales experience and aspiration to further their career into a leadership role. We are looking for an enthusiastic self-starter who can utilise their strengths to take our sales to new heights.

Reporting to the Directors, this role will be responsible for:

  • Reaching sales targets
  • Building on long term customer partnerships
  • Maximising the national distribution of new products
  • Developing markets in alternative industry sectors

The successful applicant will possess:

  • Sales experience with proven results in meeting and exceeding targets
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work autonomously or as part of a team
  • Great communication skills
  • High level of time management and organisational skills
  • Desire for continuous improvement
  • Nursery industry experience is not essential

Remuneration negotiable based on sales experience.

This role, which is mostly office based with scheduled customer visits, will share open plan office space in a friendly and supportive environment and will have access to team members for sales support and administrative functions as required.
