We are looking for an enthusiastic Plant Propagator to join our team.

Role Highlights:

  • Position: Casual Plant Propagator (Min 24 hrs/week) – Start Date: End of April 
  • Location: Skye, Victoria. Limited public transport. You must be able to organise your own transport to and from the site.
  • Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
  • Environment:  Fast-paced, process-driven laboratory using specialised tools such as scalpels and tweezers to cut plants and propagate new ones efficiently.
  • Skills:  Precision, attention to detail, reliability, teamwork, and the ability to thrive in a target-oriented environment
  • Experience: No prior experience required; an interest in plants is a plus!
  • Remuneration: Based on the Nursery Award 2020

This role is ideal for those who thrive on technical and repetitive tasks, work efficiently to meet targets, and value high-quality results. Benefit from structured training and ongoing support within a dynamic team environment.
