As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Civil Landscape Project Coordinator to join our team in Melbourne.

Position Overview:

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Civil Landscape Project Coordinator who will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of our Civil landscape construction projects. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:
Project Planning and Coordination:
• Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Coordinate with suppliers, clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure project milestones are met.

Site Management:
• Oversee on-site activities to ensure compliance with safety regulations, environmental regulations and quality standards.
• Address and resolve any issues or challenges that may arise during construction.
• Always looking for a solution.

Budget and Cost Control:
• Monitor project budgets and expenses to ensure financial targets are met.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.

Client Communication:
• Maintain regular communication with clients to provide updates on project progress.
• Address client concerns and ensure overall satisfaction with the completed project.

Team Leadership:
• Lead and motivate project teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
• Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure project success.

Experience and Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a Project Manager in Civil Landscape Construction.
• Strong knowledge of Civil landscape construction techniques, materials, and equipment.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to find solutions in a timely manner.
